Investing in Skills to Meet the Demands of Tajikistan's Evolving Labor Market The Higher Education Project (HEP) supported Tajikistan with improving the quality and labor-market relevance of higher education. In total, 3, 300 university teachers and 27, 500 students (11, 000 of whom are women) directly benefitted from HEP.
